HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove outer cover of eye pillow and set aside. Place inner pillow (the portion that houses the lavender and oats), and lay flat on a clean microwavable plate. Heat for 30 second intervals, checking to see if pillow matches your desired heat. Do not overheat as the oats will burn. Shake pillow between 30 second intervals for even heating. Patch test on forearm before placing on face.
Note: We have found that heating time depends on how strong a microwave is and on the personal heat preference of the individual. Heating in 30 second intervals helps you find the perfect temperature that works best for you and so that the oats don’t burn.
